William Quarrie was born circa 1837 at Bride. He married Charlotte Elizabeth Teare circa 1859 though a marriage record has not yet been found.
In 1841 and 1851 he was living with his parents in Bride. In 1861 the family were farming 150 acres in Andreas. The family moved to Santan where several of the children were born. By 1871 the family had returned to Bride. By 1873 the family had moved to England. The 1881 census records them as farming at Bold Lane, Aughton, Lancashire.
Charlotte Elizabeth (3379) was baptized on the 19th of June, 1840, at Andreas, the daughter of William Teare and Eleanor Corlett.
