At the 1861 census she was living with her widowed mother at 9, Shaws Brow, when her age was recorded as 10 years. In 1871 she appears to have been working at King William's College. She married Henry Corkish on the 22<sup>nd</sup> of December, 1873, by Banns at Liverpool. In 1881 she and her family were living at 17, Hanover Street, Douglas. In 1891 the family were occupying 2 rooms at 12, Heywood Place. She was buried at Braddan on the 29<sup>th</sup> of June, 1913, when her age was recorded as 60 years. </body> </html>
